This is something else, Bill! Our Ald Joe Moore should be right on top of this!
But, because he is nothing more than a greedy, insipid, blindered, (all allegedly, by the way) "progressive", he will refuse to PROGRESS and make Rogers Park a SAFE COMMUNITY for its residents, and, especially the children (which he PRETENDS to care about)!
I call again, Joe Moore, for your RESIGNATION! You are NOT FIT to fulfill your obligation as a "servant of the people of the 49th Ward"!
