I think they call that resisting arrest. I wonder what the dude did?

The Cop is a friend of mine. He told me that the kid got hit by a car and is a juvenile. In Chicago the kid must be brought to the Hospital for check-up as precaution. The kid was giving the paramedics a hard time and was resisting. Necessary force was needed because the kid did not wanna go.
