The Cop is a friend of mine. He told me that the kid got hit by a car and is a juvenile. In Chicago the kid must be brought to the Hospital for check-up as precaution. The kid was giving the paramedics a hard time and was resisting. Necessary force was needed because the kid did not wanna go.

Hit and Run behind Sherwin Manor

A police officer just inquired if I had witnessed a man being hit with a vehicle behind Sherwin Manor Nursing Center (7350 N Sheridan Rd).
