Bomb scare on Eastlake Terrace

A teddy bear with wires sticking out of its back, attached to a telephone was the source of a bomb scare at 7737 N. Eastlake Terrace tonight.

Speculation among residents was wide-spread, but it seems that the teddy bear was a part of a photography project.
