No Parking
This is a newly paved parking lot on Chase Avenue, just East of Sheridan Road.Have you ever had to circle the blocks for an hour just to find a parking spot?
Do you rent one for $120+ a month?
Do you bike or take public transportation to avoid the parking issue?
With Rogers Parks population density constantly rising, Who saw the hidden revenue stream of parking?
Who is currently profiting from the many compact condo developments, and the teardowns of businesses, theaters, and single family homes?
Who's in bed with the developers and development corporations?
How much more of Rogers Park are we going to lose?, and How much worse is this problem going to become?
