The Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce recently held its first bi-monthly Fresh Start Monday event on April 2nd at 6p m. The aim for Fresh Start Mondays is to go around and clean up local businesses and to allow everyone to have a fun time, laughing, chatting, and getting to know local businesses and local people who support those businesses.
Our next scheduled Fresh Start Monday is April 16th at 6 pm. We have aprons, gloves, masks, brooms, and trash bags to assist in our clean up. We are meeting at Charmers Cafe and cleaning up Jarvis Plaza this time around so we really hope to see you there!
Joe Moore is also hosting the 49th Ward Spring Clean Up on the 21st, meeting at his office at noon before going out and assisting the neighborhood along with us.
Which ever event(s) you attend, be sure to assist in helping make Rogers Park a cleaner place!
