I had a lot of great times at my favorite local bar. John and I were also friends.
John always had interesting stories about old Chicago when he used to stop into Quest. I would see him in his classic car or on his motorcycle all over Rogers Park during my walks throughout the neighborhood.
John assisted in Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce events with his BBQ grill, drink specials and after parties. When my dog Rock N Roll was seriously injured by a large German Sheppard, John donated to assist with the emergency medical treatments.
