Evanston and and Chicago Police will hold an outdoor roll call TODAY, Friday, June 14, 2013.
"We want to send the message to problem teens and adults (who "hang out" on Howard Street and in the Popeye's parking lot) that neighbors and police are working together. We did this last year and it proved very effective. The more neighbors we have attend, the stronger the message". - Bernard Garbo
WHAT: Evanston and Chicago Roll Call (outdoor change of shift); short walk to follow
WHEN: June 14, 2013, 6 pm (roll call will take only 10 minutes, important to be on time)
WHERE: Popeye's parking lot (southeast corner of Damen/Custer and Howard)
