Billy the Mime

Thursday, August 25 at 8pm
Tickets: $20 general admission|$25 reserved

Billy the Mime is not for children or the easily offended. Billy has rejuvenated an art form that has been justly ridiculed due to untrained and amateur practitioners performing pretentious and self-indulgent work or weak imitations of Marcel Marceau. He has restored its ability to entertain, amuse, shock, and move an audience.

Billy garnered international attention with his show stopping appearance in the hit documentary The Aristocrats. Chicago Reader raves, "A dazzling showman! Irreverent! Masterful! Brilliant comic!" Billy has appeared on The Jimmy Kimmel Show on ABC and Penn & Teller's Bullshit! on Showtime. He appeared at The New York International Fringe Festival garnering rave reviews and sold-out shows. The New York Times called Billy's live show "Politically incorrect, shockingly unsentimental and as uncomfortably funny as a dirty joke in church! Sardonically twisted! Skillfully obscene! Chilling!"
