Along Western Avenue there is blight, just like in Rogers Park. This truck (photo above) has been a graffiti eyesore for over a year. I am attempting to contact Alderman Bernie Stone (50th Ward) and Alderman Joe Moore (49th Ward) to inquire if there is an ordinance or city law which can be utilized to have the owner of this truck remove or paint over the graffiti.
I have also requested information on litter laws from both Councilmen, with no response from either the 48th Ward or 50th Ward office. (litter photo above and below).
