The Joe Moore door
So why is this "The Joe Moore door"?
The following was on posted Sunday, September 2, 2007:
Rather than fix the window, or speak with the property owner about the issue and get the job done,
Joe Moore decided to take his torn flyer back.
That doesn't seem very "progressive in the 49th ward" to me.

No Exit Cafe
It was a nice little place.
Nowadays, the place seems to always be closed except for special meetings and small events.
Historical note: It's known as the oldest cafe in Chicago.... even though it is now a shell of what it once was.
