as tight as parking is in East Rogers Park, building a parking garage (or a residential building with some "additional" parking as a sop to neighbors) is a really, really bad land use for scarce lakefront land
parking garages are inappropriate inside the lakefront protection district
understand when you hear Aronson spinning tales of some additional parking he is talking about deeded parking for sale
