Remembering a Public Health and Safety issue

  1. The developers and property owners pay Joe Moore for a "zoning/re-zoning service" (which is not something the Alderman can legally sell), and in turn ...

Joe Moore uses his "influence" to persuade the IEPA to back off in Public Health and Safety issues (as documented here, here, here, and here)...

Joe Moore then feels that the accumulative "influence", which he persuaded the IEPA with, will purchase him a higher paying job as a supposed "champion of evironmentalism"?
