The Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce has been working dilligently on cleaning up the neighborhood with it's Fresh Start Monday Program. The locations it's done are 7315 N. Sheridan Road, Jarvis Plaza, Ravenswood Center, Rogers Plaza, and the Corner of Estes Avenue and Clark Street in front of the location of the Old Adelphi Theater.
