Clean This Dump Up.

Do you have a problem with this house? Or are you just documenting the incident?

Paradise, I do like this particular house.

Kate Smith of Kate Smith Promotions used to live on the second floor.

I often visited her to repair her computer and network her office for Quest Network Services.

She used to care for the front lawn, and property VERY well while she resided there.

Since Kate moved (due to a ceiling leak - landlord negligence), the front yard, and lawn have gone to hell in a hand basket.

As I was walking to Jarvis Station on Halloween, I noticed the sign printed "Clean This Dump Up".

I found it out of the ordinary, so I took some pictures of the sign and the property.

Upon further investigation, I agreed that the yard was a wreck, and needed to be cleaned up.

That's my take on it.

If you live there, or an acquaintance lives there...

It might be a good idea to pick up the trash every once in a while and run the lawn mower over that overgrown grass.

I like the grass. I think its cool looking. That's what grass is supposed to look like.

On the other hand, that sign is ugly and rude.

You know, after our conversation, I had to go back and take a closer look at the place.

I can see your perspective on the length of the lawn. That's not a big issue.

I did notice though, a lot of trash in the fenced in section and on the grass near the street.

The sign, "Clean This Dump Up", may have been over the top, but I can't say not knowing more about the situation.

Who posted this sign, and was it a last resort of communication? I'm not sure.
