Homeless? What homeless? Sun-Times article

I have three things to say about this.

1. I got to read the homeless Sun-Times article for free because someone wasn't doing thier job cleaning litter. Who's job is that anyway?

2. Does that crumbling bridge and pillar look safe to you? At the very most, somebody may get killed, at the very least, it's an eyesore. Either way, isn't it somebodies job to notice and tend to issues like this?

3. If you have any doubts that there are homeless people living on the streets in Rogers Park, go to Touhy Park near the playground.

Are our bridges safe?

Did anybody read the Chicago Sun-Times article "Are we safe?".

Well, do you think we are?
