Not the best location IMHO,
that location needs something more like fine dining or a sit down place where you could order a drink.
I was never tempted to go in there to check it out. With all that sidewalk just sitting there a more open air restaurant or something with some kindof charisma would do better there, it was just kindof a plain jane.
Probably something like this would do better on Morse. Like in the minimall where the laudrymat is.
From what ive heard the owner wants too much rent (3grand) at that location on morse.
BTW i think you are making a smart change to your blog.
There is a vacuum in the blogoshpere now that broken heart is gone.
We need a community site to discuss Rogers Parks issues
