This is one of two Lincoln Park decorative sewer caps that I have found covering Rogers Park sewers.
Can't Rogers Park purchase thier own sewer caps?
Maybe we are in more of a budget crisis than I knew.
note: Another item that I found, strangely enough, is an Elmwood Park traffic control horse on Sheridan Road near Loyola Park.
