Is Joe Moore searching for more theater wreckers?

Why couldn't it have been "study for your GED", or "Education and job opportunities for health care workers", or librarians?

Maybe it's because Joe Moore needs assistance for his future teardown campaigns?


sidenote: I only found only one of these flyers in Rogers Park. It was on taped onto the door of a vacant building.

It may have been a campaign promise to Northside Power or the Good News Church. If it is, he is just going through the motions.
