Irresponsible liquor store. They can't even pick up the phone and call 311 for Mayor Daley's Graffiti Busters to take care of this for them.

The two "newspaper boxes" are padlocked shut and unusable, yet are still hosting the same obnoxious graffiti that has been there since last year !

... and please don't tell me that this was put there by "graffiti artists".
