Rainy day in Rogers Park




It's a rainy Sunday today in Rogers Park. Cars splashing, dogs running and people in all colors and styles of raincoats and umbrellas. We can also detect areas curbside and along our sidewalks that need work in the near future to prevent flooding and keep our walkways safe and walkable.
