Loyola- demolish Beck's Book Store to build 4-story one-bedroom apartments


Today Bill Morton and myself were traipsing across Rogers Park in our usual fashion, and while taking the El train to lessen the pressure on a sprained ankle (from walking around and tripping over everything of course!) we saw the demolition of Beck's Book Store. We did some Research on Loyola and found these two proposals.
