7301 N. Sheridan Road Improvements





The most recent owners of 7301 N. Sheridan Road have been doing continuous improvements on the location. The owners purchased the building in May of 2011. 

Kristofer Luck, owner of Quest Network Services, a business in the building, says "It's great that the ownership has taken a great interest in fixing up the front of the building. I've been here over 10 years and none of the previous owners have ever done this much to the building. It helps beautify the neighborhood makes the building attractive for new tenants and helps generate new business. WELL DONE Rockwell Partners and their team! "

    Last time I was in the area I noticed the improvements to the outside of the building. I hope the new owners consider the security issuses of a high crime area tbeir new building is in when improving the exterior of the building.
