About 10:45 p.m., a 22-year-old bystander was shot in the leg in the 6300 block of North Ridge Boulevard, on the cusp of the Edgewater and Rogers Park neighborhoods, after he saw two men arguing across the street, then heard gunfire. He walked into Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston and is in good condition.
