Rogers Park Cyber Bully

The following is a video about teenagers using the internet to cyber bully. The only difference between the examples in this video and the immature behavior happening in Rogers Park is that the Rogers Park cyber bullies are grown adults. This is relevant to all who blog or read Rogers Park blogs. - Bill Morton
