A picture is worth 1,000 words ... especially in Rogers Park.
All that I know is that it headed North towards Evanston.I think that a connection with the Coast Guard is in order to keep up with the water traffic.
All I have to say, is that it had better not be the Friends of the Parks landfill committee.I will fight them tooth and nail on this issue.Our Lake and beaches are too important to let slide.
